Every project starts with a working session to align on objectives, audience, success metrics, and budget. From there we build a costed production plan covering venue, run-of-show, creative, fabrication, AV and broadcast, talent, F&B, and crew.
On show day a dedicated producer leads the on-site team and serves as your single point of contact. After the event we deliver a wrap-up with attendance numbers, sponsor and stakeholder feedback, content assets, and a debrief on what to keep, change, or scale next time.
